And we havedeveloped a new system which can improve the NOx deoxidization rate using the dielectric barrier discharge method. The system is composed of high voltage power supply of changeable frequency, and a reactor to generate the corona plasma. The structure of the reactor consists of the coaxial type electrodes and the glass vessel which insulates the innerelectrode from the outer electrode.
